Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Strong After GLP-1 collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

The short version. We collect an email address only when you ask for something. We use Google Analytics and a Pinterest measurement tag to understand which pages are useful. Payments are handled entirely by Gumroad — we never see your card details. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.
Who we are
Strong After GLP-1 is a small independent business operating at strongafterglp1.com. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal data described on this page.
Data controller: Samantha Munns, trading as Strong After GLP-1. You can reach us through the contact page, and we will respond to any privacy request from there.
What we collect, and why
When you use the lever check
The two-minute lever check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere while you are taking it, and your result appears on screen whether or not you give us anything.
If you choose to enter your email address at the end to receive the follow-up, we receive your email address together with your result — which lever came out loosest, your scores across the four levers, and what the check recommended. We use this to send you guidance matched to your result and to understand which areas of maintenance people most often struggle with.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
A note on health information. Your lever check answers describe things like eating, appetite, training and sleep during or after GLP-1 treatment. We treat this as information concerning your health, which UK law protects more strictly. We rely on your explicit consent to process it, we use it only to send you the guidance you asked for and to look at patterns across everyone who takes the check, and we never share it with advertisers or any third party beyond the service providers listed below. If you would rather see your result without giving us anything, simply do not fill in the email field — the result is already on your screen.
When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, email address, the topic you select and your message. We use these solely to reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch.
When you buy or download a workbook
All purchases and free downloads are processed by Gumroad on their own website. Your payment details are entered on Gumroad's systems and are never seen by, or transmitted to, us. Gumroad acts as an independent data controller for the checkout itself; their privacy policy governs that part. We receive order information such as your email address and what you bought, which we use to deliver your files, provide support and send you updates about products you own.
When you simply read the site
Our host records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time — in order to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.
We also use analytics and measurement technologies, described in the next section and in full on the cookie notice.
Analytics and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and guides people find useful, how they arrived, and which links they click. The data is pseudonymous: we see patterns and totals, not names. We do not use it to identify individuals.
We use the Pinterest tag because Pinterest is where most of our readers come from. It tells us, in aggregate, which pins lead to useful visits.
Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The cookie notice lists them and explains how to control them.
Who your data is shared with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or, where noted, as controllers in their own right:

Where we later use an email platform to send the guidance you have asked for, it will be added to this list before any data is sent to it.
We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so.
Transfers outside the UK
The providers above are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. These transfers are covered by the safeguards UK law requires — the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.
How long we keep it
- Lever check submissions: kept while you remain subscribed, and deleted within three months of you unsubscribing or asking us to.
- Contact messages: kept for up to two years, so we have the history if you get in touch again.
- Order records: kept for six years, because UK tax law requires it.
- Analytics data: retained by Google for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: retained by our host for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
To exercise any of these, use the contact page. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, but you do not have to.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions and subscriber data are held in the access-controlled accounts of the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we collect deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on our list will be sent by email.
A reminder about the site itself
Everything on Strong After GLP-1 is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice, and nothing here tells you whether to start, stop, reduce or restart any medication. Those decisions belong with you and your prescriber.
